I have removed one day from the rental as we are arriving at home on Sunday and not Monday so new prices.

Rental for Minivan = 396.73 / 5 = 80
Gas fro Minivan = 2000/26x4 / 5 = 62

Price for all = 142

Gas for Whispers Car = 2000/18x4/5 = 88

Total each = 230

Yes I know it went up it will not say that way. I realized that I was still charging Whisper double even tho we did not get the larger van.

We now have as many as 4 people in Alterra possibly going with us as well as a guy in Austin. We will not be taking them all of course but each one helps. If no one extra is coming and maybe even if they do I plan on making a donation of 50 dollars to the top line to help get the cost back down. Maybe Whisper would do the same since his gear weighs roughly 650 pounds :P.

As people confirm if they are coming or not I will let you know. We also might be leaving on Sunday morning now as well.

With blah number of people price. All prices are before I charge my self extra. All prices are BOTH ways.

We have updated from Whispers car (no offense) to a Dodge Calibar for our extra car. With its large cargo area and higher mpg it just seemed like a good idea. Also Mikah will be comeing so we have gained another.

New info to follow.

Rental for Minivan = 396.73 / 6 = 66

Gas for Gorbags Car = 2000/26x4/6 = 52

Total each = 170

With 7 = 146
With 8 = 127.50
With 9 = 114

All Prices are both directions combined.

A friend of Rorys brother has just confirmed. That puts us to a expected 146 each. I will be picking up the minivan as early as possible, which I belive is either 7 or 9. Our current plan has Gorbag and Mikah picking up Rory then driving to Whispers house to start loading car one and get everything else ready. After Kia and I pick up the mini van we will load our stuff and then drive over. I would like to leave no later than 12 which would place us in Ohio on Sunday at around 10am-12pm depending on stops and breaks.

This is me, trying to whittle my load down to the aforementioned three tubs, cooler, two chairs, and weaponry, while I finish up sewing stuff. So it looks (from the latest price) like we have nine seats filled (including Shimena and Necavi). As the minivan is a 7-seater, is the idea that Gorbag's car is the cargo hauler, with one person riding shotgun and everyone else riding in the van? Or is is more of a split, with four in Gorbag's car, five in the van, and cargo in the back of both vehicles? Why am I worrying about this? I don't know. It sounds like we have all of the seats and cargo space we need, even with my crazy load.

Ack! Two days! OMGWTF! Back to work!

I missed out on Rag myself, and curious also how the fellow Guildarians faired on the great battle fields. I look forward to the fall when practice begins to meet you in person.

Gorbag, when you get back hit me up with an email on your world or the happy yodeling site. We need to talk about an Eastern Unit/clan. I want to help get that going.

As for updates, I have gotten times to just grab a tennis raquet, a whiffleball bat, other stickish like things and worked my wrist...Bad news is, it still hurts a little. I don't have the money to get it checked. :S ...I don't know What I did. So...I am not sure if I am going to be the best swordsman after all... May the day I mocked an archer forever haunt me... I am going to find my bow when I get home.

It was indeed a good time. If you did not make it we have an event in August and September so dont worry. Practice begins again this Saturday with a meeting after to discuss Guilders forward movement. See everyone that can make it.

Nel.... the shirt you preordered is really small... It might be a childs. If you dont make it saturday I will stop by practice for a bit on sunday and show it to you.

Same here...I may have to pull some strings to make the event, but it should be doable. And at this point I'm not sure what practices I will be attending (other than definetly this Saturday, for at least part of the time) because I know my family plans on traveling a little more this summer.

Aaron- Sweet! I would love extra time to practice. Plus, I will more than likely have two new swords, a scimitar, and possibly a small axe and even a shield ready to break in by Saturday. If I have time and resources to make some nice covers for them. The covers I made for my other swords are rather ugly.

I'm beginning to think I won't be able to make good covers for all of my weapons before tomorrow...will anyone mind if they have no covers?
Or should I use cloth tape and extra cloth to make makeshift covers?

I think covers are a necessary. For quick and easy ones, use long socks (baseball or similar) and a bit of tape on the bottom to ensure that they stay.

Alterra sounds fun, but I have to be back in Denton by 5:30 because I have a couple of kids to "babysit" at 6, so I vote in favor of practicing at the park in Mckinney.

There is a slight possibility that the parents of the kids may choose to go out a different night for some reason, meaning I would'nt have to be back by 5:30, but that possibility is rather low. If that becomes the case, I will let you know.

So...Guilder practice. I'm having a change of plans. My mom is sick, so I won't be going out of town, so I will be able to make practice on Saturday. I may need a ride to practice...I'm not entirely sure about that yet, but I will probably be leaving early and I know I won't be able to go to the movies and hang out after practice

I'm babysitting kids again (and this time, it's not up in the air, so I know for a fact that I will be babysitting.), but I'll be paid about $40, so I will have more money to put towards weapons, etc.

I'll see you guys on saturday
