This sounds like a whole lot of fun and i would love to go, but i lack a car. so anyone whos willing to drive there for free(that is to say i will pay for gas) i would love to fill up that spare seat in your car!

I'll see what we can do, we're going to try to have vendors close down before the feast, but you might want to stay open for that if it's pottery you're selling. I'm sure that when weapons check and troll close though there will be enough space, I'll talk to the other admins and e-mail you when I figure out if there will be enough space.

Yes. Although in theory we are holding Chapter practice 2pm the day after.

There is a state university located here in Indiana of Pa so of course there is a party going on somewhere. As to whether we are hosting one, last one of my peerless leaders posted we didn't have a good location for a large group of people. However in the event that no location appears I'm headed to the bars.

As to the third. I have no clue.

BH I'm handling housing for everyone, I'll figure out which place has room. Yes the site is dry and this is a day event.

Thus far feast is looking like:
Shepherds pie
Vegetable Pot Pie
Potatoes <3
Lentil soup
Stew

A side board of cheeses and breads, I might make some butter.

But this is not a final menu, things may change.

Yes, yes we do. Mason has offered a space but will be taking car keys away, also, There's only room for two cars there, so any other cars will have to be parked at the nearby grocery store.

Day battle, then after party, people can crash at Mason's and then pratice at 2 the next day?

I'll be bringing a few dozen pieces of pottery with me to Maethodoron's Winter Event. As always I like to haggle, so if a price seems unreasonable, don't be afraid to suggest something lower.

Most of my bowls and handle-less cups are priced around $10. The cups with handles are in the $12 range. I have a few larger serving dishes and pitchers which are priced higher.

Everything is, of course, food-, microwave-, and dishwasher-safe.

Here are some pictures of a few of the pieces I'm bringing (I'll be bringing more than this):

Forecast for the 20th: H 29/L 21 20% chance of snow.
It's not supposed to get above freezing all week and there is a decent chance of snow every day up to the event. That means a good layer of snow on the ground and likely some good drifts at the park. Who else is looking forward to this fact?

Some advice to people that weren't there last year; bring a change of clothing (several if you can). Just because it's below freezing doesn't mean you won't get wet. After fighting you'll be covered in snow, and when you go inside the warm building, it will melt and you'll be wet. A change of socks would be particulary advantageous.

might have posted that a little to early Eoin, now the forecast says H 31/L 23 20% chance of snow. weather will change 3 or 4 times by then to im sure. But i cant wait to see Maeth at the event. I miss most of you guys.
