Come and test your skill in the Mittelmarch Olympics! Renowned for its tournaments, the Olympics had 333 attendees last year. Pre-reg is $15, admission is $20 at troll. Cabin spots are available, first come first serve.

cool, i have alot of people that are interested in Dag, but dont want to make weapons and i dont have very many that i can loan, how much am i looking at per sword? im also interested in buying some axes if they are made by Jari. Swords would be blue, with perhaps a few reds, and i think all blue axes.

I'll likely only be able to attend the nightlife, as there's a good chance I'll get cast in "Oliver", and Olympics overlaps the weekend of Hell Week. Oh well, nightlife is infinitely more fun anyway.

Noban, we should have some Jari-made axes by then. They run $10+$1/inch of core.
Heavy swords are $1/inch of core, and lightweights are half that.

I should have the website updated in the next couple days. And dammit, I guess this means I probably shouldn't procrastinate on my next sword build. *grumble*

Estimating about 10-15 Gestiguiste attending (Grand Rapids \ Washington DC).
"The Cave" will be built again for warmth and pleasure.
Just with not so many fancy decorations this time, but everything else is the same.
I hope we are able to have another woods battle like two years ago.
The Tournament last year was expertly run and officiated! Kotaro, bring that saki again.

merchants, you do not need to get in touch with us before hand, just bring your tents/table ect. and set 'em up, check in with someone when you get there to make sure you are not setting up in a reserved area

day tripping is perfectly acceptable, we hold the tournaments and large field battles on Saturday, friday is mostly pickups and such, so if you will be day tripping make it saturday

Fires must be placed in dug firepits, and are only allowed in the back are where the boyscout camps are, and only 1 per camp, please see an event organizer before you build a fire pit just to be safe

Weather: The weather forecast for the olympics is sunny/no rain high 70 degrees, and low 58 for all three days. Anyone saying otherwise is to be fully blamed for whatever happens and will be publically thanked for their contribution at feast
