I should have some assorted ladies garb, trinkets and whatever else I find while packing... plus I'd happily trade backrubs! I like anything shiny or pretty as well as food. Much like Scheiny I'm interested in the tiny person garb. Hopefully I'll see you all there!

we like to think both descriptions could apply. :)
if i ever choose an actual persona name i might use Celaeno, the harpy from The Last Unicorn and actual Greek mythology.  it's mine, you can't have it!

Outhro, you will have to talk to Simon when you get there about where you can set up the BTP.  I know he's rearranged Merchant's Circle a bit.  I have also talked to Lady Feri and she does not have the tarp.  So unless you ended up with it and didn't tell anyone, I have no idea where the tarp is.

I am going to bring my own tarp. It is small, but it will spread out plenty for about half a dozen people comfortably.
Lady Feri's Tarp I dont know about. I left Saturday morning. Every time I would put the tarp away it would be in the same corner of the trailer to always be available the next day.

I completely missed this last year and I even brought stuff to trade. :(  Won't be getting in until Thursday night this year, but would anyone want home made Jack Daniels sauce? It is delicious on everything.

You bet I would, what are you looking for?

I'm a camp cook, do you need any items to prep / cook food with that I might have doubles of?  I have never visited the T-post but would like to this year.  Camping gear?

Ketch

Hm... probably should have thought about this.  I am looking for a knife (medievally type looking), a spiral arm bracelet, some kind of portable not too breakable water holding thing, and a helmet.  Oh and surprises.

I have an annoying musical instrument that I'm too lazy to learn how to play and a small hookah to trade. the instrument comes with  books to learn from. maybe some other things too.

What is the instrument?

I'm bringing Indian-style garb appropriate for someone significantly smaller than myself, black suede knee-high boots in a women's size 10, some jewelery, bedsheet-type fabric, hookah parts, and many chunks of blue obsidian, along with anything else I come across in the next couple of days.

Awesome! Any idea what sort of goods you're looking to trade it for? I'll have some jewelry, some garb for a medium-smallish person, some feastware, a barely-played pentatonic cedar flute, an ocarina, and maybe a penny whistle or two to trade.

Sweet. I am definitely interested in seeing if we could work out a trade, Arnorr! Hope to see you there!

Frothgar, it's a pretty terrifying ocarina, of the carved-with-contorted-animalistic-faces-from-the-depths-of-the-jungle variety. I've already offered it to three people, and all of them said it would give them nightmares. :D

Dom, I might be interested in the Indian-style garb you mentioned, if it has a chance of fitting me!

I love trinkets and shiny things, but I'm getting more particular about 'em, since a lot of times they just end up as unused clutter. Is sad! :(

Alric and I have been sorting through boxes in PA, and we've turned up some fun but imperfectly-glazed bits of pottery. That's definitely coming to the trading post!

Magnus, last year there was someone at the BTP from 10 or 11am until dark, all day, every day.  it'll be on or by Merchants' Circle somewhere.

i always gaze longingly at pottery but i'm nervous about packing it.  how do you guys transport it?

We usually roll it up in soft things (garb and towels and blankets that we're bringing anyway), taking care that there's no pottery touching unpadded pottery. Some stuff might get packed with foam (or smallish pieces of garb) in boxes that are small enough to keep it from rattling. I know Stell has a groovy system where she carved out holes in blocks of foam to transport her cups and stuff, which I thought was really clever.

We've had a few things get chipped, but mostly on the thin edges of cups and such. If you drop stoneware onto a hard floor, it'll break, but it's really just as sturdy as the coffee cups you have at home.

Things that Achmed Abdullah Nergal Jyhad will have in his corner
-Two sets of japanese style swords (3 sword sets) one of which is fairly intricate, the other plain black
-A claymore in the William Wallace style (slightly worse for wear)
-Small shinies, necklaces, etc.
-Random garb bits
-Some other sharp and pointy things.
-Alchemy articles
-Other random things

Sorry the dreamcatchers and wolf teeth jewelry fell through as the parts had not arrived by the time I needed them.

Malice, I would LOVE to try to trade with you for one of those chests. I'm doing a pirate-themed children's LARP event this summer, and am in desperate need of a treasure chest.

Added to the list of items I'm bringing:

Small wooden box with wolves engraved on lid
Clay salt and pepper shakers with rune-like marks, paw prints
Glass "quartz" candle holder
Three ceramic goblets
Laquered, gilded rose
