starting a workout today, going to run a few miles ( pushups every block.)to an outdoor pullup bar in teh park, do a set of five pullups. do 2 muscle ups, 5 pullups, 2 muscleups, 5 pullups, and run to the pool. then I'll do swim practice with the team.
