New blue rules that passed at Rag
Syr Olaf:
4.1.11.2 - All red and blue weapons except for flails must conform to the following
4.1.11.2.1 - Minimum dimensions of 1.25 inch by 2.75 inches.
4.2.2 – Blue weapons must have a minimum total length of 12 inches and a maximum total length less than 48 inches. Weapons must have a minimum 6 inch striking surface
