I don't think you have much to worry about. Chances are good that you'll look more badass than half the people in IG simply by giving a ****.

And yes, hand-stitching is not fast. But it does get faster with practice.
Athron sat and watched me sew together an axe-head cover one day, then told me it made him feel much better having watched, because it made him realize that even experienced seamstresses take a long time handsewing things. He just thought it was inexperience.....but it's not. Hand-sewing is just slow.

Purple and black are the best colors ever.

And if you have good garb, accessorizing with matching armor makes it look that much better.

I only wore one bracer for a long time, my other arm was covered by my shield and the bracer just got in the way. I still only wear 1 MMA glove. Who needs to be symmetrical?

Sorry i'm not interested in the warrior frodo look you have going there. it looks ok i guess, kinda like youll blend in with everyone else. My whole kit is going to be dirty orc. not happy hobbits. Also the validity of your opinion is now in question, "your gear" pertaining to one thing i have ever posted, sounds like you just want to bash people on the interwebs. maybe some pent up aggression from the hobbit-like form not fitting in irl?

If standing out from everyone else is your goal, you should try to look like Grim.

Grim and the rest of the Sowerwines stand out specifically because they look too damn good to blend in.

Actually make some garb. you can get homespun cotton at Wally world for 1.50-3.50 a yard
a pair of garb pants is roughly 2.5 yards.
