The One Hour Heralds Challenge

This is my first official posting on the matter, and I'd totally love it if the Mods could sticky this.
So as some of you may know, I am the Day Events Coordinator for Ragnarok XXVII. This is a fancy term to basically state that Im in charge of organizing battles, and am the Head Herald. Alot of progress is being made, and you all should expect a nice Christmas Gift as I plan on having the fight schedule posted Christmas Eve. Also expect at some point a posting further explaining each fight and how I do things.
But for now, and to get down to the brass tax of it all, I Need You.... to Herald.
I did some raw number crunching and I think you all will like this: If we take an average attendance at Rag (around 1200) and ask each of them to donate just ONE HOUR of their vacation to helping Ragnarok Battle Games run smoother, safer, faster, and probably more fun; We'd have 40 heralds on the field at all times (given a 30 hour fight week). Can you imagine... 40 on the field able to hand you water, call out cheaters and agros, run rez points, watch sidelines, help keep dead from getting in the way. Hell, I could probably send some of you home cause frankly I have too many. The point is, with a very small contribution, you can be a part of making a very big impact.
Now I know alot of you already have jobs at Rag. I'm not expecting Thrush, Galadriel, or Taunhauser to step up. They got enough on their plate. But most of you don't. So please, can you give Ragnarok One Hour of your time. Just One Hour.
Once I post the schedule, I will be taking names to sort of register yourself for certain fights. Im going to try and balance it out, so we will work something out I hope if a fight has already started to get too many heralds. But that's all after New Years, so lets not fret. You can go ahead and pledge time to Heralding anyway.
These wonderful friends, acquaintances, and fellow Dagorhirim have already taken the pledge:

Now I know what your saying. You're saying "Edited: I don't like you and think the things you do are stupid, and will have nothing to do with you and your en devours!!" And while you may not like me, I say to you, "Its not about me. Its about helping Ragnarok. So Edited: BUCK UP, and give me an hour."
While others of you are saying, "I don't know how to herald. Im a non-com who's first event this is." And I say to you, "Yes, you can. You can count deaths at a Rez point. You can run around with water making sure people stay hydrated. You can watch a bridge side to make sure people who step off are called dead. You can help rez people in certain fights. Yes, you can."
So send me a PM, post here, or get ahold of me in anyway you know how. Just let me know. Together, we can all make this happen.
And if you don't, I will make fun of you every time you ever bitch about fights at Rag again.

Love it! I've got a bunch of responsibilities this year, but I will happily pledge an hour.
May I also humbly suggest using the hour of your most experienced volunteers run Herald classes? I would happily do this as well.

Im still getting class stuff figured out. But thank you. I will keep it on my mind.
Im also looking at needing to assign someone to a "New to Rag" class. And someway to make sure people go to it. But I think im going to make Shatty do it.

Also, TELL EVERYONE!! Tell your company, tell your realm, tell your mom. Not everyone who goes to Rag checks the boards, so make sure they hear about this.
