In the meantime, you can just hit the dirt with some spray chalk or whatever and do five-dot drills.

right now im useing P90X to get in shape for the military. it is the HARDEST workout i've every tried but it's worth seeing that 6 pack in the mirrior after doing the ab ripper x. the dvd box set cover everything, including cardio. the best part is that i can eat cake ;D (for the fastest results, i don't recommend you eat cake). as for the price, yes it's expensive so your probably better off getting it from the internet. im sure piratebay.com or some other website would have it.

I haven't regretted getting P90x, the Kenpo X DVD is my favorite of the series.
