Men in skirts?

Tooka the Gangly Goblin:

So as part of a hungarian/mongolian era archery kit I'm trying to pull off, I really like the idea of a skirt similar to the pic above. I live with two aspiring seamstress/costume designers, but they are super busy with non-Dag life.

I think the image above is a pleated skirt, so technically a long kilt? Does anyone have a pattern for such a garment?

Nessie-Pop With the Temper:
Doesn't even look pleated to me, just gathered. Take two or three yards of fabric, the more fabric, the more folds in the finished product. Sew the cut edges together to make a tube. Put a drawstring in one end. Wear.

Alric:
It might not even be gathered, it could just be a circle skirt (which is just what it sounds like, a circle with a hole and waist band in the center).

Fòghnan Neònach:
It's hard to tell with all the layers, but it could even be a short-sleeved, ankle-length tunic instead of a separate skirt.

Askarus Space Beard:
Skirts are where its at.
