Game of Thrones style cloak (tutorial)

Below is the type of cloak in question. The straps are sewn to the cloak at the collar bone then wrapped around the chest and ribs, to be buckled in the back.
i love the tutorial, simple and clear.

Not sure about where the fur came from but looks like pretty standard above par fake fur.
