$7.50 at Walmart means it's a Chinese-made, right? Be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to maintain a useful edge on that thing.

Looks nice, though. I really like the sheath--going to have to save that tutorial.

Hivemind, have you seen Owen Bush's seax blades? They're expensive, but he's really got an eye for shapes and has a lot of firsthand experience with originals.

Hmm, he might be the guy. Those prices are reasonable and they're beefy blades. He's got a good rep too, looks like.
