Really? i mean the b game and dag are so similar that are often confused to one another. There minor diffrences. That is why Dag has so many B gamers playing dag. The b game split for political differences not to create a new game. At least when other games split they made a different games.

Olaf beat me to it. Lets me be clear, if you are calling yourself a cross gamer cause you play both bel and Dag, stop it, just cut it the hell out. You are not a cross gamer you play the same damn game with extremely slight differences. Bel could easily be considered a Dag realm playtesting some minor rule changes. The differences in these game are more cultural and locational than actual.
Now if you want to blend Dag/bel with Amt or nero, then you are creating a new game and should call it something new. But don't water down Dag/bel and call it Dag or Bel, it insults both of our games and makes us sad!

Foam fighters cant agree on the color of the sky much less all get together en-mass and agree to some hybrid game that will bring us all together in some ideological kumbaya fest larp. You take away my ability to shield edge an opponent or make me fight some guy with a 9oz bat, I aint coming to your game, and if you call it Dag, I'm gonna be pissed that you tricked me into playing something else. I'm gonna feel like you tricked me into coming to your party and you break out the Amway, Mary Kay, or Tupperware and start with the hard-sell. I'm gonna want to punch you in the jimmies.
