Battleth in the 12th century

(1/1)

Saliden:
That’s right Trek fans the Klingon melee weapon known as the Battleth was borrowed from a real weapon the Mongols made in the 12th century. I have successfully came up with a new design both stronger & lighter than my two previous prototypes

sheildkeltson:
There is a weapon that goes back to the 4th cen. that fits the same area as a battleth,it's called a Madu.
It was first made out of deer antler, however there are examples in bronze and iron. This was based in India, however the same design was found in a viking tradeing post in scotland.
Just putting in my two cents.

Alkazar:
Just as a heads up, these are "punch style" weapons and will generally fail events.
