My Evil Queen has superb night vision due to her colorblindness.. she can read signs in the dark from ten feet when I can't even tell there's a sign there.

I wanted a camo cloak too, so what i did was take some brown fleece and folded the corners, then hemmed the top so I could run a leather thong through, and tied it. Add an old green hood to it, and you've got a ranger cloak. Making the hood a seperate color is good for breaking up your pattern, not that certain Gwynedd sentries on smoke breaks won't wonder what you're doing prowling in the dark.
