Dagorhir Weapons
Dagorhir rules require our participants use safe weaponry. Weapons are submitted to a mandatory safety check before every event, and our membership is extremely conscientious about the quality of their equipment. In more than thirty years as an established medieval combat organization there have been no significant injuries caused by a safe, checked weapon. Safe and padded weaponry allows for an all-out, hard-hitting combat system at relatively low cost.

This section contains step by step instructions for complete weapon designs, discussions of weapon building materials, and articles treating specific parts of the construction process; everything from building a quick and easy sword to embelishments like a latex crossguard.

Garb (Costuming)
Good "garb" adds flavor, color and personality to what would otherwise be just a sport. Basic costume requirements are simple: a tunic and leggings. We've included detailed instructions for making a simple tunic, and more complex clothing patterns, in this section.
