Ragnarok XXI - Merchant Pre-registration

Welcome to Merchant Registration for Ragnarok XXIII June 22th-29th 2008!

We are expecting over 1500 people for this event!!!

Ragnarok XXIII is upon us and it is time for pre-registration. I know that I am looking forward to lots of shopping, as I’m sure other people are too! Prices are based on a 20'x20' plot size.

Please contact Tobias prior to registering as a merchant for Ragnarok XXIII. Please include in your e-mail the name of your company , a phone number where you can be contacted at, If your booth will need power, If you are planning to camp in merchant row, and what products you will be selling. Ragnarok XXIII Merchant Pre-registration is an application only. Payment is required at the time of the application. Ragnarok XXIII reserves the right to deny merchants entry for any reason. Merchants will receive either a confirmation letter if accepted or a denial letter along with a full refund of their money.

All merchants must pre-register. Pre-registration will close May 31.

Our established Ragnarok merchants will be given priority. Any returning merchant who does not pre-register will give up their first consideration privileges and will be considered among the new merchants.
