Ave Dagorhir! Welcome to Ragnarok
XXIII! We are happy to announce the opening of Pre-Registration for Ragnarok XXIII, June 22nd - 29th, 2008 is upon us and it is time for pre-registration. The cost for pre-registration is $40/person for adults 13 & up and $20 for minors ages 3-12. Pre-registration ends May 31. If you pay on arrival at Ragnarok, the cost will be $45/person for adults ages 13 & up and $25 for minors ages 3-12. Children under the age of three are Free. Please Make sure you provide your real name, persona Name, Camp you will be staying at and Camp master when you register. Upon arriving at Ragnarok XXIII, everyone is required to register at the gate, or "Troll Booth." Everyone will have to check in and sign waivers at Troll Booth. Please have positive proof of age (Drivers License, Military ID, or State ID) available when checking in. If you have pre-registered, prepare to provide proof to the Troll Booth attendees. All persons under 18 MUST have notarized waivers signed by their parent or guardian. You MUST present the Dagorhir Waiver at Troll Booth upon entry or you will NOT be admitted. All persons of legal age must sign their waiver at Troll Booth and have positive proof of age (Drivers License, Military ID) available when checking in. We are again asking every camp to choose a camp master. This person will be a contact point for all camp issues and question. This person must also be the last one to leave camp. Camp Masters will be responsible for picking out which camp site they would like for their group. We may decide to contact the Camp Masters before Ragnarok in order to determine camp sites. They will also need to check out with Troll before leaving the camp ground to make sure that their camp area is free debris, fires are properly put out, and was left the way it was found when they arrived. All Pre-registrations must be received on or before May 31, 2008. Last but certainly not least the Ragnarok Staff is look forward to bashing shields, crossing swords, etc. with all of you. Let's make this the best Ragnarok ever!
